Payment Terms:

2. Installment Plans: Installment plans may be available upon request, subject to approval by Females Leveraging Investment Properties Powerd by The Chosen Group LLC.

3. By Enrolling, you agree to pay the full program amount regardless of your level of participation

4. An Updated and Authorized credit or debit card must be on file until the chosen payment option is paid in full, including any applicable late fees.

5. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods for the program fees.

6. Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to the program until the outstanding balance is settled.

7. Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

8. By enrolling in this real estate investing virtual coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to the above payment terms.

Conditions:

1. All Sales Final: All sales for the real estate investing virtual coaching program are final. No refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

2. Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the program materials and resources. Access is solely for the enrolled individual and should not be shared or distributed.

3. Intellectual Property: All program materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Females Leverging Investment Properties Powered By The CHosen Group LLC and are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. No Guarantee of Results: Participation in the program does not guarantee financial success in real estate investing. Results may vary based on individual effort and market conditions.

5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Princes Georges County, MD, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Prince George's County MD.

6.  Cancellation: Females Leveraging Investment Properties Powered by The Chosen Group LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the program schedule, content, or access at any time, with reasonable notice provided to enrolled participants.

7. Conduct: Respectful and professional conduct is expected from all participants. Femaes Leveraging Investment Properties Powered by The Chosen Group LLC reserves the right to remove individuals from the program without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

8. By Enrolling in the real estate investing virtual coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Monthly Membership

1. Membership and Payment:

• Membership in the Real Estate Investing Network ("the Network") is on a month-to-month basis and requires payment of the monthly fee as specified.
• Payment is due every month and will be automatically charged to the provided payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Memberships can be canceled at any time. If canceled, the membership will remain active until the end of the current month for which payment has been received.
• No refunds or prorated amounts will be provided for partial-month cancellations.

3. Sales and Refunds:

• All sales of the monthly membership are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

4. Modifications:

• The Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits, fees, or terms with reasonable notice.

5. Agreement to Terms:

• By subscribing to the Network's monthly membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
