Meet Kim, the visionary behind Females Leveraging Investment Properties (F.L.i.P) and a trailblazer in real estate. With a deep commitment to reshaping women's mindset about real estate investing.
Kim boasts over two decades of experience in real estate, starting her journey in 2005. She's a licensed Real Estate Broker, accomplished Investor, seasoned property flipper, educator, and mentor. Kim has also spent years in real estate appraisal.
As the founder and CEO of a leading Real Estate Investment and Development Company, shes known for revitalizing real estate assets, and has generated substantial wealth by acquiring, transforming, and selling properties using her innovative flip method and various strategies, including wholesaling, fix and flip, and passive income investments.
Based in the vibrant DMV area, she's deeply connected to her community.Ā Throughout her career she Ā has earned the trust of homeowners, corporations, and investors, playing a vital role in their success stories.
Kim's entry into real estate investing was driven by a realization: a lack of representation for women like her. This led her to ask, "What's hindering women from leveraging real estate investment for wealth building?" Conversations with women from diverse backgrounds revealed three common barriers:
